Common Problems
- I purchased CoD: MW2 but there was an issue with the payment.

This is normally caused by one of the following issues:
- Incorrect billing information, either on the Battle.net Account or on the card
- A discrepancy between the registered account location and where the purchase is being attempted from
- The bank declining the purchase due to an unusual purchase pattern
- Multiple failed purchase attempts in a short amount of time
