Common Problems

  • I opened a Cash on Delivery mail and it was scam.
  • I tried to get an item from the mail and lost a lot of gold.
  • Someone I don't know sent me a load of Cash on Delivery mails!

When you receive a mail, you should always check who has sent it, if it has been sent as Cash on Delivery, and ensure the description of the item(s) matches what you are expecting, as the item icon can be shared by multiple items. If you do not recognise the sender, you can return the mail to that player.

Should you accept the mail and pay the Cash on Delivery price, Customer Support are unable to return the gold to you.

If you are the victim of a scam, contact us. Game Masters are not always able to restore your losses, but will take action against confirmed scammers whenever possible so they won't scam other players.
