The Blizzard Battle.net desktop app is unable to connect because of a corrupted login file. Follow the steps below to resolve the issue.
Close all other applications to resolve software conflicts and free up resources.
Update or temporarily uninstall any security programs, which may mistakenly identify the login module as a security threat.
Disable any proxies that may interfere with the login module.
Check your network configuration to find any issues with your firewall, router, or port settings.
- If you're playing on a public or corporate network, network policies and other security settings may interfere with log in files. Try connecting from a different network to see if the issue is resolved.
