- I can't complete Harnessing the Power
Use the Petrified Ebony Scale in your bags or in the quest interface in order to complete the quest and activate the essence in the forge. You also need to have the Heart of Azeroth equipped to be able to complete this quest.
If you continue to experience trouble, we recommend Resetting Your User Interface.
Be sure to check our Bug Report forums for any new issues. If you discover a new issue, you can report it there or in-game through the in-game bug report feature.
