Quest "What Will it Mine?" Did Not Provide Rank 2 Osmenite Ore

This may happen if you kill Avarius while on the quest before learning rank 1 of collecting Osmenite. To get the rank 2 recipe, you will need to:

1. Learn rank 1 from Horde: Rolm / Alliance: Instructor Ulooaka
2. Wait for the daily reset
3. Summon and kill Avarius for a chance to loot the Rank 2 recipe
