Aside from specific storyline quests, most of the quests in Mechagon do not show on the map and have to be found. This is intended and is designed to reward exploration.
For storyline quests, the in-game maps have quest markers indicating the next quest in the zone.
Should you continue to have issues finding your quests, you may wish to use a third-party resource or guide, such as Wowhead.com.
