Added Game Time or Subscription to The Wrong Account
Common Problems
- Put game time on the wrong WoW account.
- Purchased a subscription on the wrong Battle.net account.
If you recently added a subscription to your account, or added game time from the Battle.net Shop, you can check if the order is eligible for a refund. If the order cannot be refunded, or you purchased your game time from a different vendor, you may need to purchase additional game time and add it to the correct account.
In very rare circumstances Customer Support can look into possible alternate solutions if contacted directly.
