Can't Find Kalecgos During "Actionable Intelligence"

I can't see Kalecgos at Nordrassil?Where is Kalecgos, am I in the ight place?
Kalecgos and the area immediately surrounding the World Tree Nordrassil will be phased while your character is on certain questlines.
For high level characters, the questline from Magni for the Heart of Azeroth will require you to finish that first. Then you can interact with Kalecgos after your character's phasing is back to normal.
