When Will Character Services Be Available In WoW Classic?

Classic Progression Realms (currently Cataclysm Classic) support Character Transfers, Faction Changes, Name Changes, Race Changes, and Character Boosts.
There are no other character services for WoW Classic or Progression Realms at this time. Any potential developments will be announced on the official World of Warcraft forums.
