- Sold my Chained Essence of Eranikus, can't do follow-up quest
- Handed in the trinket to Itharius in Swamp of Sorrows but I'd rather keep the trinket, can I have it back?
The Chained Essence of Eranikus is a trinket that you can earn from the quest The Essence of Eranikus. The trinket will be destroyed if the next quest, The Essence of Eranikus, is completed. Game Masters will not be able to restore this item if it has been deleted as a result of turning in this quest.
If the trinket has recently been sold or otherwise destroyed, you may be able to recover it by using the Item Restoration service.
If the item does not exist within the Item Restoration tool, this means that the item was destroyed too long ago and will not be eligible for recovery. Game Masters will not be able to manually recover items that are not listed in the Item Restoration tool.
Game Masters also will not be able to reset quest progress to allow these quests to be repeated.
The second Essence of Eranikus quest, and the follow-up quest In Eranikus' Own Words are breadcrumb quests intended to lead you into the Winterspring zone. They offer no rewards, and will not impede further quest progression if they are not completed.
