Common Problems
- I deleted an item I got from an achievement.
- I lost one of my achievement rewards.
- I lost a mount gained from an achievement.
You can use the Item Restoration tool to recover sold, destroyed, or disenchanted items.
If you can't find the item(s) you are looking for in the tool, it is likely that the item(s) cannot be restored. In very rare cases Customer Support might be able to assist with achievement reward restoration.
