Common Problems
I just completed a quest to upgrade my cloak and finished it, but then I went back to Wrathion and he won't give me another one.The legendary cloak Ashjra'kamas, Shroud of Resolve can only be upgraded to a certain point every week, generally one level per week, not counting any levels missed in previous weeks.
If Wrathion isn't offering any more quests, it's because you've reached the cloak cap for the week.
