Common Problems
- Accidentally deleted the faceless mask quest item while still on quest
- Can't turn in faceless mask quest, do not have the mask
- Can't complete the faceless mask quest without the quest item
If you deleted a Faceless Mask by accident, you may be able to restore it using our item restoration tool. If the Mask cannot be restored using the restoration tool, you will need to abandon the quest and re-obtain the Faceless Mask by following the same process you originally used to get the Mask. You can then restart the quest.
