Unable to Use Gouged Eye of N’Zoth On Item
Common Problems
- I'm unable to use the Gouged Eye of N’Zoth to add sockets into my gear.
- When I try to use the Gouged Eye of N’Zoth I get the error "Item cannot be modified."
The Gouged Eye of N'Zoth cannot be used on:
- The Heart of Azeroth
- Azerite armor
- Ashjra'kamas, Shroud of Resolve
- Items that already have a socket
- Eternal Palace or earlier raid tier gear
- Crafted items from before Visions of N'Zoth
- Characters level 51 and higher will not be able to use a Gouged Eye of N'Zoth
