Can't Pick Up Quest - A Ring Unbroken

If your shaman is not being offered A Ring Unbroken, try the troubleshooting steps below accurate to your character's situation.

For shaman characters which have never interacted with any Legion content before who are high enough level to access end game content, the following steps are necessary to unlock the Legion order hall:

1. In your character's main faction city, go to the job board (in Orgrimmar, Warchief's Command Board, or in Stormwind the Hero's Call Board)
2. Find the Broken Shore mission and click on Fight the Legion
3. You will be given the quest Legion: The Legion Returns. At this point, your progress will depend on whether you've completed the questline on another character on your account:
   1. If you have completed the questline before on another character, you can choose to skip the starting questline. To do so, speak to the turn-in NPC (Orgrimmar: Holgar Stormaxe; Stormwind: Recruiter Lee and choose the dialogue option ("I've seen this before.")
   2. If you have not completed the questline on another character, you will need to complete the entire questline to the point where you arrive in Dalaran and are offered a Dalaran Hearthstone from Emissary Auldbridge
4. You will be approached by a wind elemental, Whispering Winds, who will escort you to Thrall, who will offer you the quest A Ring Unbroken.

Other issues that could prevent you from seeing the quest can be resolved using the following troubleshooting steps:

• If your character is too high a level for the quest, make sure to enable Low-Level Quest tracking on your minimap
• If you have accepted but not completed the quest The Harbinger for the introduction to The War Within expansion, complete the entire questline to fix the phasing in Dalaran
• If you have started but not completed The Legion Returns questline on this character, complete the entire questline. You can use the questline skip dialogue option if you have completed the questline on another character
• If you have not yet started The Legion Returns and are unable to interact with Thrall to pick up your Order Hall quest in Dalaran, go to your main city's job posting board and pick up this quest
