If you have a charge from Blizzard that you don’t recognize or you didn’t authorize, check the following.

The charged amount is $14.99, $41.97, or $77.94
This charge is most likely a World of Warcraft subscription.
If you have a World of Warcraft account, you may have an active subscription that you forgot to cancel. Log in to cancel your subscription. If you haven’t used the game time you paid for, you may also request a refund.
If you don’t play World of Warcraft yourself, or you don’t have a subscription, you may be paying for a friend or relative. Talk to your friend or relative to cancel the subscription on their account. If you want a refund, your friend or relative should ask for it on their account, or you can contact us.
The charge is for a different amount
The charge may be for a game, a character service, or other digital products. Do you have a Battle.net account?
I have a Battle.net account
It may be possible that you forgot about a purchase you made in the Battle.net Shop. Log in to your Transaction History to have a look. If you don’t see an order, you may have a second Battle.net account with a different email, please verify you are logged in to the correct account.
If you find an order that you didn’t place yourself, please remember that if you share your account with a friend or relative, payments done by this person on your account are considered to be authorized by you. In this case, we recommend that you change your password.
I don’t have a Battle.net account
If you are not a Blizzard customer and you see charges from Blizzard, your credit card may have been compromised. You are likely to see charges from other merchants that you don’t recognize either. Talk to your financial institution as soon as possible to report your card as stolen and contact us. Please provide Transaction IDs, amounts, and dates to assist us in locating these charges.
