The promotion that added the Steamscale Incinerator to subscription or, game time purchases in specific regions, ended on August 10, 2020. The mount is now only available as a stand-alone purchase from the Blizzard Shop.

If you purchased a subscription or game time and should have the mount but do not, ensure that your purchase is complete or shipped in your order history. Also check that you are not filtering your mount collection by pressing the filter button in the mount collection interface, ensuring Collected and All Sources are checked.

Note: If you were granted the Steamscale Incinerator mount for an existing subscription, you will need to claim the mount from your gifts page or the Battle.net Desktop App. You must claim the mount within 90 days, or the gift will expire and no longer be possible to claim. Customer Support cannot assist with restoring expired gifts.
