Common Problems

We can't connect you to the patch service. This may be a problem on our end, but please check your internet connection in case. The desktop app will keep trying to contact the patch service. Restarting the app might help too.
Error Code: BLZBNTBNA00000065

The desktop app can't access or download a configuration file required to load your installed games.

  1. Restart the desktop app to clear any stalled Agent processes.
  2. Restart your computer to resolve problems caused by programs and services running in the background.
  3. Update your drivers and operating system to resolve any compatibility issues.
Advanced Troubleshooting
  1. Run a security scan to remove any viruses or malware infections.
  2. Configure your security software's exception list to allow Blizzard applications to run.
  3. Close all other applications to resolve software conflicts and free up resources.
  4. Check your network configuration to find any issues with your firewall, router, or port settings.
  5. Uninstalling and reinstalling the App may resolve rare launcher issues.
