You can change your country on your account by contacting Customer Support. Submit a legible image of your current government-issued photo ID with your new address and country. If your ID does not show your new address and country, you can submit your current government-issued photo ID and a copy of your most recent utility bill with your name and new address.

Note: An existing account's country cannot be changed to South Korea due to regional restrictions.

If you change your country while participating in a restricted alpha or beta test, you will lose your progress in the original region until Global Play is enabled for the game. You may also lose access to the game if we are not testing in your new region.

Note: Your Balance must be less than $20 USD to qualify for a country change. Active Balance may be lost and reset to zero after changing countries. Customer Support can't convert Balance from one country's denomination to another.
