Common Problems
- I don't see the option to create a class trial character
- Error: “Unable to create class trial character, account limit reached”
If you are having trouble creating a Class Trial character it may be because:
- You are not playing on an account that has the latest expansion active
- You have created several Class Trial characters recently and must wait before creating another
- You have too many Class Trial characters active on your account and must delete some before creating another
- You are a new player (or on a new account) and have not yet completed the Exile's Reach starting area
