Can't Create Class Trial Characters

Note: Class Trial is not available in WoW Classic.

If you are having trouble creating a Class Trial character it may be because:

• You are not playing on an account that has the latest expansion active
• You have created several Class Trial characters recently and must wait before creating another
• You have too many Class Trial characters active on your account and must delete some before creating another
• You are a new player (or on a new account) and have not yet completed the Exile's Reach starting area

We have received reports of players unable to make Class Trial characters in The War Within Early Access. Our developers are looking into this issue.

Customer Service cannot make the Class Trial feature available on request.
