Can not open Crate of Rodent Crate Battlefield Goods
Common Problems
When attempting to open a Crate of Battlefield Goods or Rodent Crate , the item turns grey but does not provide any items and stays in my inventoryCrate of Battlefield Goods have a duration timer of 3 days. Please check the tool tip in-game.
If the item was looted longer than 3 days ago it will turn into useless junk and can be sold/thrown away. Please make sure to open the box within 72 hours.
Customer support will not be able to restore or renew the crate once the timer expires.
If you discover a new issue, please submit a new Bug Report.
