Cannot Complete Quest - All Charged Up

We have received multiple reports of this issue and can confirm it is not working as intended. We are working on a solution.

In the meantime, while we do not have a guaranteed workaround, reports from players indicate that if you die and accept resurrection sickness, it will reduce the damage that the bomb does, allowing you to complete the quest. Alternatively, you can try removing armor to lower your stats, or using the Whole-Body Shrinka.
