Common Problems
- Clicking on Skull of Corruption causes error message "You cannot do that right now"
- Skull of Corruption does not work when used from toy collection
If you are getting the error "You cannot do that right now," try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Make sure your character does not have any shape change buffs
- If you're transformed into any other shape, remove the buff by clicking it off in your buff menu. The following items are some of those known to interfere with the Skull of Deception:
- Orb of Deception
- Leyara's Locket
- Disguises or costumes granted by Trick or Treat quests during Hallow's End
- Hallowed wands
- Stand outside rather than in an inn or other indoor space
If you continue to have trouble using the toy and none of the above troubleshooting steps work, submit a bug report.
