Due to delays in order processing, it is possible for the banks to process a refund for a digital product BEFORE the initial purchase is finalized. To see if this is the case for you, check the debits (negative amounts) versus the credits in your account statement - not your notifications. If you are seeing one debit and one credit for the same amount, and no other debits, that means your purchase was refunded and the debit and credit cancel each other out. This is the correct end result.
