Common Problems
Can't see the Candy Bucket in DeepholmDuring the Hallow's End Festival, a candy bucket will be placed in Deepholm's Temple of Earth. There are a few different questing issues that could cause this to happen.
If your portal to Deepholm is not already open, you will need to complete a short quest chain:

If the candy bucket does not appear after this, simply take the opened portals to your home city, then return to Deepholm via portal.
If a battle is raging in the middle of the Temple of Earth, you will need to complete a short quest chain:
