- I'm trying to hand in the quest to Flynn Fairwind, but he's nowhere to be found.
- Flynn Fairwind will not accept the contract for A Local Guide
If you are on the quest A Local Guide but have not yet completed the achievement A Sound Plan, Flynn Fairwind will not be able to accept the quest. To fix the phasing problems caused by this issue, complete the achievement by finishing the questline for Tiragarde Sound.
