Grim-Veiled Patterns Not Purchasable At Tailoring 100

I have max level tailoring in Shadowlands and I cannot get the "Grim-veiled" armor set to appear for me to craft from the tailor npc

If you are 100/100 tailoring and wondering why the remaining recipes are grey, you need to accept the quest The Vessel of  the Thread from the Runecarver. You will receive an item to return to your Tailoring trainer. After completing the quest you will be able to purchase the Grim-Veiled armor from Stitcher Au'phes.
