I am a Hearthstone player on mobile
Even if you have Balance on your Battle.net account, the option to pay with Balance will not appear on mobile devices. Hearthstone purchases on mobile use your iTunes, Google Play, or Amazon Appstore account.
If you want to use Balance, you can use the Battle.net Shop. Hearthstone purchases are shared across any device where you log in using your Battle.net account.
I am a console player
Even if you have Balance on your Battle.net account, the option to pay with Balance will not appear on console. All console purchases are made through the console network: the PlayStation Store, Xbox Marketplace, or Nintendo eShop. Purchases made with Balance in the Battle.net Shop are only available on desktop.
I want to set up a WoW subscription
It is not possible to pay a recurring subscription with Battle.net Balance, but you can use Balance to buy game time instead.
Make sure you are logged in with the correct Battle.net account. You will not see the option to pay with balance if you don't have any balance on your account, or your balance isn't enough to cover the full price of the product.
If you recently purchased your balance in the Battle.net Shop, check your Order Status. Your balance will only be available if your order is Complete. Customer Support cannot speed up the payment processing time.
If your Balance was a gift, there may have been a payment issue. Please speak to the person that paid for your gift.
Make sure that you are logged in to the correct region. The option to pay with balance will only appear if the currency of your balance matches the currency in the Shop. For example, if you added Battle.net balance in USD, you cannot use this balance to pay in EUR.
