Common Problems
- I can't find Grand Admiral Jes-Tereth.
- Grand Admiral Jes-Tereth is missing.
- I can't hand in Rise of the Brotherhood.
- Rise of the Brotherhood can't be completed.
Grand Admiral Jes-Tereth in Stormwind will be phased out in the event that you've started the Battle for Azeroth quest chain, Tides of War and prevent you from turning in Rise of the Brotherhood.
To resolve the issue, complete the questline and finish the quest The Nation of Kul Tiras to fix your phasing. After you do so, return to Stormwind and you will be able to turn in the quest.
