- Disconnected during the Ember Court
- I was kicked from the scenario and didn't get credit for the weekly quest
- Missed this week's reputation for the Ember Court after being removed from scenario
To help players with connectivity issues during Ember Court scenario, starting January 8, the Ember Court scenario lockout occurs when Stage 1 ends or when the first surprise event is triggered, whichever occurs first.
A lockout exists because we don't want to encourage players to replay the scenario repeatedly to get the "perfect" run each week. If you were unable to complete the quest this week, you'll have to wait until next week for another attempt.
Customer support cannot give credit for the quest and cannot reset an Ember Court lockout.
