Missing a Learned Legendary Memory

Common Problems

  • I learned a memory but now it has vanished.
  • Don't have the Great Vault quest memory anymore.
  • I just transferred my character to my other Battle.net Account but now I can't access any of the Memories they already unlocked.
  • My two accounts were consolidated and my character has lost all their Legendary Memories.

Memories can only be applied to certain items, and won't show up if you input another kind of item at the Runecarver.

Legendary Memories are stored at the Battle.net Account level and they will not follow your character if you transfer it to another Battle.net Account. After an account transfer, your character should be eligible to loot the Memories again. For more information, see Character Transfer Information and Restrictions.
