Common Problems
- I am unable to claim any reward from the Great Vault
- I do not see the Claim button for my reward
- I used a macro to open the Great Vault but now I can not use it to claim my rewards
This usually happens if you used a script to open the Great Vault interface instead of having your character interact with the Great Vault.
To fix this:
- Log out and back in
- Try using the Great Vault in-game again
- If the issue is not resolved, reset your interface and repeat the steps above
