Unable To Throw Snowball at Baine Bloodhoof For Scrooge Achievement

- I tried throwing a snowball at Baine Bloodhoof but I do not receive the achievement.
- Baine cannot be targed to throw the snowball in Oribos or Thunder Bluff.
