Common Problems
- I was on a quest to get a Grateful Offering for the Kyrian and when I logged in, the quest was abandoned.
- The quest "A Somber Melody" was abandoned!
- The quest "Where there's a Quill..." was abandoned!
- The quest Crumbled Reality was abandoned when I logged in.
The quest you receive for your anima conductor is a daily quest. If you did not complete it the same day you picked it up, it may be automatically abandoned when you log in the next day. You will need to pick up the new quest that is offered instead. Game Masters cannot grant credit for repeatable or daily quests.
It is important not to log out or leave the zone while you are working on these quests. We are currently investigating reports of the quest being abandoned on logging out or leaving the zone. Game Masters can still not grant credit for these daily quests, but if you encounter this issue, please be sure to submit a Bug Report.
