The Blizzard Battle.net desktop app can't launch the Blizzard Agent or AgentSwitcher, which are required to install, update, and run Blizzard games. Permission conflicts or file corruption can cause this error to display.
Delete the Battle.net Tools folder to automatically rebuild outdated or corrupt files.
Run the Blizzard Battle.net Desktop App in Administrator Mode to address many installation, patching, networking, and start-up errors.
Try closing background applications to resolve any software conflicts.
Try creating a new administrator account to resolve permissions issues.
Update or temporarily uninstall any security programs, which may mistakenly identify the login module as a security threat.
