This error occurs when the Battle.net Agent is prevented from launching properly. This is usually caused by missing or corrupted Agent files. Follow the steps below to resolve the issue.

Windows

  1. Close all other applications to resolve software conflicts and free up resources.
  2. Restart your computer to resolve problems caused by programs and services running in the background.
  3. Delete the Battle.net Tools folder to automatically rebuild outdated or corrupt files.
  4. If the problem persists, uninstall and reinstall the game.
  5. Uninstalling and reinstalling the Battle.net App may resolve rare launcher issues.

Mac

  1. Close all other applications to resolve software conflicts and free up resources.
  2. Restart your computer to resolve problems caused by programs and services running in the background.
