Common Problems
This error occurs when the Blizzard Agent can't start due to missing or corrupted data. The Blizzard Agent is the program that launches, updates, and installs your Battle.net games.

Delete the Battle.net Tools folder to automatically rebuild outdated or corrupt files.

Close all other applications to resolve software conflicts and free up resources.

Configure your security software's exception list to allow Blizzard applications to run.

If the problem persists, uninstall and reinstall the game.
