Unable to receive Lament of the Highborne Book

- I didn't receive the Lament of the Highborne book after completing the quest Journey to Undercity
We have received multiple reports of this issue and can confirm it is not working as intended. Please make sure your bags are not full, so you can receive the book from Ambassador Sunsorrow. Currently, we do not have a workaround or resolution that can be provided. We apologize for any inconvenience while our developers work as quickly as possible to resolve the issue.
