I cannot create a character with the name I want, the game says the name is not availableYou will receive this error when the name you want to use is reserved by Blizzard. Blizzard will reserve names that are inappropriate.
You will also receive this error when the name is reserved for another player after they deleted a character with that name, or they purchased a service for a character with that name.
Blizzard Customer Support cannot assist with releasing character names.
