Can't Complete Quest - Trial of the Naaru: Mercy

Completing the quest Trial of the Naaru: Mercy requires that you complete Heroic The Shattered Halls before the 55 minute timer expires. The quest item, Unused Axe of the Executioner, must be looted from the corpse of the Shattered Hand Executioner before leaving the dungeon in order to receive credit for the quest. 

You will fail the dungeon in any of the following scenarios:

• Your group does not complete the dungeon within the time limit
• Your group doesn't kill the Executioner
• You are not loot eligible and cannot loot the Executioner
• You complete the dungeon on Normal difficulty

There is no bug with this quest at this time and Customer Support does not assist in distributing quest items that are not looted. To finish the quest, complete it again after your lockout resets.
