How to Skip the Shadowlands Introduction

When you have completed the Shadowlands Introduction on at least one character, you can skip it in the future on other alt characters by selecting that option of dialogue when talking to Nazgrim or High Inquisitor Whitemane when on the introduction quest.

If your alt character is not being offered the skip to go ahead in the Shadowlands campaign, you may need to log in to a character that has completed the part you want to skip.
