Classic WoW Buffs displaying incorrectly

Due to technical restrictions back in the original World of Warcraft, it wasn't possible to have a buff tooltip update when talents were applied to it, even while the spell tooltip might have changed. We can confirm and reassure that the correct values are being applied, and this is simply a display inconsistency that was recreated to be loyal to the original release of the game.
