I opened the Huge Ogre Cache and received no Garrison Resources.This is a display issue - while the Garrison Resources do not show up as a chat notification, they are added to characters using the Huge Ogre Cache. The Resources will be displayed in the currency tab after a relog of the affected character, and be usable as intended.
