Common Problems
- I had two Thrash Blades equipped and after the December 13, 2021 patch, I can only equip one
- I can't equip both of my Carrot on a Stick Trinkets
- I can only equip one Rune of the Guard Captain
Thrash Blade, Carrot on a Stick, and Rune of the Guard Captain are all high-performing quest items that players were deleting without realizing their value. In World of Warcraft patch 1.14, the developers added the ability to purchase these items again from the quest vendor for players who had deleted or sold these items and were not able to recover them.
Due to an exploit where some players were double-equipping these items that should have been limited to one per player, these items were made unique-equip in a hotfix on December 13, 2021. It is intended that you should only be able to equip one of these items.
Customer Support will not restore gold used to purchase these items and cannot assist you in dual equipping them.
