Didn't Receive Tormented Hero Shadowlands Season 2 Achievement or Title
Common Problems

The Tormented Hero achievement and title were awarded on the 10th of March 2022 to the top 0.1% of player-characters in each faction, ranked by Mythic+ Rating at the end of the Shadowlands Season 2.
To make the faction ranking as fair as possible, we added a faction transfer cutoff date. Any player-character that changes factions on or after January 18, 2022 and before rewards were granted, were ineligible for the Tormented Hero title, regardless of their Mythic+ rating.
Customer Support will not assist if you Faction Changed on or after the above mentioned date.
