Common Problems
- I logged in after patch 9.2 but I didn't get the quest Call of the Primus start the new campaign
- No quest pops up in Oribos to travel to Zereth Mortis
- I left Zereth Mortis before unlocking the portal and can't get back
To unlock Zereth Mortis, you must have completed Chapter 2 of the 9.1 campaign, Maw Walkers, up until the quest Charge of the Covenants. After that quest is completed, you will receive the pop-up to start the Zereth Mortis campaign.
A portal to Zereth Mortis is opened in Oribos after completing the quest This Old Waystone. If you left the new zone before completing this quest, you can return by speaking to Tal-Inara in Oribos.
The Zereth Mortis campaign has 7 chapters. Chapters 1 to 3 are immediately available. After you complete Chapter 3 of the campaign, Forming an Understanding, you will be able to skip the first 3 Chapters of the campaign on subsequent alts.
