If you regret using the skip option on your alt, it is not possible to un-do the mistake. Customer Support cannot assist.
If you accidentally start the Zereth Mortis Campaign instead of selecting the skip option, unfortunately there is no way to undo that decision. To progress you must complete the Campaign as normal.
