Emeni Soulbind Is Locked After Completing Quest At Your Service

I completed the quest "At Your Service" on my alt after skipping the Shadowlands introduction and now I can't unlock Emeni as a soulbind.We have received multiple reports of this issue and are currently investigating it. Currently, we do not have a workaround or resolution that can be provided.
