- Why am I getting a worse item than other players?
- Wowhead says this item should have ilvl 242, why does my drop have a lower level?
- I'm receiving ilvl 233 Cypher Equipment when I should be getting ilvl 239 Cypher Equipment from Zereth Mortis.
When you advance your Cypher Research Console, your existing gear will not increase in item level. Instead, the item level of new gear drops in Zereth Mortis will be higher.
