Cannot Open Pouch of Protogenic Provisions

Common Problems

  • I cannot open the Pouch of Protogenic Provisions.  I receive an internal error.
  • I opened the Protogenic Provisions and some items were looted but they are not in my inventory and I still have the pouch.

We have received several reports of this issue and are investigating it. Currently, we do not have a workaround or resolution that can be provided.
